If Item Damaged in Shipping , Please Follow Below Steps

Step 1 - Contact us within 3 days of delivery on WhatsApp or at info@hairandfair.com with pictures of the damaged item and your order ID.

Step 2 - We'll review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3 - If approved, we'll arrange a reverse pick-up to collect the item.

Step 4 - If reverse pick-up isn't available, we'll guide you through alternative options.

Step 5 - Once the item is collected, we'll promptly ship your replacement (subject to availability) or process a refund.

Order Cancellation :

You can cancel the order only once unfulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellations are not possible.
